9 June 2021 – A new video was launched showing chef Ana Roš’s sustainable philosophy in the kitchen of 2-Michelin-starred restaurant Hiša Franko.

Official ambassador of Slovenia, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2021, Ana Roš has always been a champion of sustainability and local, seasonal, genuine products, that she transforms into unique dishes. Therefore, she works closely with local providers such as foragers and farmers that share her values.

The video was recorded by Michelin Guide journalists who visited the restaurant in 2020, before it closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now it has been published to celebrate Hiša Franko’s reopening.
