We collaborate closely with regional producers, especially Sletten Farm, whose expertise is invaluable. Together, we explore how to cultivate the finest ingredients for our menu. We also work with local fishermen and our neighbor Arild, known for his exceptional strawberries!”

Today, Til Elise fra Marius plays a vital role in the local community, helping to showcase and uplift other businesses in the region. Utskarpen has developed a strong business network where cross-industry collaboration fosters growth beyond individual efforts.
