A dynamic chef from Split, Petar Vlak, is known for balancing Dalmatian tradition with modern creativity. A protégé of ŠKMER founder Miro Bogdanović, he now teaches at the ŠKMER Culinary Academy.

Vlak has achieved significant success at international competitions, including winning Chef of Biser mora 2023 and multiple gold medals at Gastro Fest in Niš. He has also led numerous workshops with professional chefs, culinary teachers (Train the Trainer), and amateurs, where he is especially appreciated for his approachable and inspiring teaching style.
