As President of ŠKMER (Association of Chefs from Mediterranean and European Regions) in Split, he leads and teaches at its Culinary Academy, shaping both local and international gastronomic talents, collaborating with the best 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Bremec serves as a licensed international culinary judge and a respected organizer of hospitality competitions, and he is also widely recognised for his tireless efforts to promote Dalmatian gastronomy and for mentoring future generations of chefs.
